Meditation

Hello, today we take a closer look at the meditation process. First of all we have to learn to relax the body and the mind. Meditation is a way of exercising mental control. If we can relax at will, the mind can see beyond the minor frustrations and the intensity of our daily life. It is possible to meditate in any position. Sitting an a chair or sofa, on the floor or even standing. The most important part is, that you are comfortable, just make sure you don’t fall asleep.
Choose a convenient time and a quiet place. Our minds love routine, so just heading to a quiet place at a preplanned time and sitting there for a few minutes , breading quietly and calming our thoughts, counts as a meditation session. Like everything else, it takes time and has to start somewhere.
The first sessions should last about 10 minutes. The first couple of minutes should be spent concentrating on breading steadily and rhythmically. Encourage a pleasant feeling of relaxation and peacefulness. The next step is to focus your mind on one single thought. The difference between relaxation and meditation is, that during the meditation process the mind remains aware of your body. It focuses all its energy on one nonphysical object. I the beginning it may be impossible to focus you mind for more the a couple of seconds, before something else comes to your mind. Like i said before, everything takes time and practice.
End each session with concentrating on the breading. The deeper the concentration, the more relaxed your body will be. Meditation leaves you mind feeling positive and tranquil. So, put some time aside for this practice. It is important to dedicate some time just for yourself. Till next time i wish you all the best.
