How it works:

Whether somebody works at the desk all day or performs some physical task, we are constantly required to bend or hunch forward. After a wile this forced posture begins to take its toll on the back. With time the muscles become slowly tighter and the spine begins to loose the S-curve and becomes rounded or humped.

The Whale provides a way to counteract these problems. Positioning oneself in a gentle back bend the spine is stretched into the normal position again. In time the graceful S-curve is getting into place again.
